Nestled in the midst of new age urban dwellings, this 22 storey apartment building took on the huge task of giving each apartment its own garden. The design demanded the simplicity and minimalism that complemented the lines of the building, while allowing each terrace garden to provide the residents with a perfect canvas to personalize it. Precision of design, and practicality were the two cornerstones for this space.

A 2 kanal project that insists on views from each and every corner of the house. This residence included vast terraces, extensively landscaped side alleys and a backyard along with the mandatory front lawn. An indoor sunken lawn that sat in the middle of the house was an added delight.

Landscaping is not a visual treat alone. 312 relied on the trickling sound of water; from the time you enter the property to its last corner; on providing you with a unique experience . Huge windows all around allowed the end user to connect with their surroundings and various water features all across kept the resort style effect alive.
